Salary:  £20k to £25k per annum plus performance related bonus (Fulltime and Permanent)

Reports to:  Sales & Marketing Director

Close relationships:  Sales Consultant, Outbound Sales Executive, Directors of Operations and IT.

 

Job Purpose:

Responsible for driving the inbound sales activity, leading directly to the winning of new customers for our aWorkbook software and aHub platform. You will devise successful strategies to generate qualified sales-ready leads. You are responsible for the creation of compelling content and calls to action, delivered through our website, press and PR, advertising channels and social media, that engages prospects and prompts contact to be made with us. You will evaluate inbound leads, identify key contacts, engage with them to build rapport and pro-actively own the relationship, until the sales-ready leads can be sent to the Sales Consultant for consultation, quotation and closure.

 

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Create and co-create content including: Website, White Papers, Blogs, Press and Advertising Channels and Social Media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Direct inbound interest to the website where sticky content and calls to action create sales leads as direct enquiries or contribute to building lead scores.
  • Create and deliver targeted and effective campaigns, using email marketing software (ACT-On)
  • Use Salesforce and Act-On to organise, segment and communicate with inbound prospects, either individually or through email campaigns.
  • Evaluate and qualify inbound leads through research and lead scoring techniques.
  • Manage all contact activity with inbound sales prospects in Salesforce
  • Present aWorkbook webinars to sales leads.
  • Manage and optimise the company’s website and social media presence including SEO, PPC, Google Analytics
  • Work with designers to coordinate the design and production of promotional materials including websites, e-campaigns, printed literature etc, involving copy writing, proof reading, and developing designs to meet branding guidelines;
  • Seek out PR opportunities and build strong relationships with PR contacts;
  • Attend internal meetings with other company functions (project managers and technical staff) necessary to perform duties and aid business development;
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of information relating to Hark and its clients;
  • Perform all related duties as assigned.

 

Monthly Performance indicators will include:

  • Revenue: Increased sales across the team.
  • Initial Contact: Inbound activity (calls, emails, webinars) that result in a meaningful conversation with a decision maker or their representative.
  • Inbound Lead response time: Meaningful conversations within set time period.
  • Conversion: Number of leads converted to opportunities.

 

Must have:

  • A proven inbound marketing and sales background.
  • Demonstrable success in implementing digital/online strategies to drive sales.
  • Active listening skills and with a personable, clear communication style.
  • Strong webinar presenting skills.
  • Good time management, with ability to work on own initiative.
  • Tenacity – B2B sales cycle can sometimes be slow.

 

Advantageous:

  • Practical experience of working with Salesforce and Act-On
  • Experience with selling software solutions.
  • Experience in Fashion, Sport and Outdoor apparel/footwear industry.
  • Working as part of a small team.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for driving the outbound sales activity, identifying and nurturing sales prospects that lead directly to the winning of new customers for our aWorkbook software and aHub platform.  You are responsible for hunting for new sales prospects, strategic prospecting through referrals and qualifying existing prospects, ready for re-engagement. You will evaluate sales prospects, identify key contacts and pro-actively own the relationship, until the sales-ready leads can be sent to the Sales Consultant for consultation, quotation and closure.

 

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Identify sales prospects through research from multiple sources: Our Salesforce CRM, Trade press and online media, bought in lists, trade show exhibitor lists (data scrapes), LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
  • Daily telephone and email activity to engage and develop sales leads.
  • Use Salesforce to organise, segment and communicate with prospects, either individually or through email campaigns.
  • Manage all contact activity with outbound sales prospects in Salesforce.
  • Actively follow up on results of email campaigns delivered by the Inbound Marketing and Sales Executive, using Act-On and lead scoring techniques.
  • Present aWorkbook webinars to sales leads.
  • Attend and present at tradeshows and other customer meetings.
  • Attend internal meetings with other company functions (project managers and technical staff) necessary to perform duties and aid business development;
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of information relating to Hark and its clients;
  • Perform all related duties as assigned.

Job Description:

An exciting software development role has arisen with Hark Solutions Ltd, an innovative provider of B2B software in the global apparel and footwear marketplace. Due to business growth, there is a need for a Web UI / UX Front End Developer to join the team to contribute to the development of our new software solutions.

This is a hands-on design and programming role and would suit someone with a passion for designing and implementing engaging, interactive user interfaces using the latest CSS developments, Typescript, Angular 2, HTML5 and other web technologies.

The job holder will have an important part to play building a front end to a new, developing, global cloud based solution which will be used by internationally recognised brands. They will join an experienced team of developers who are deploying back end functionality using Angular (RxJS & Redux) and utilising REST services to communicate with a distributed service structure written in Java.
