aWorkbook advocate Millet Mountain Group saw a significant rise in international sales during the first half of this year thanks to investments in digital development and the launch of Lafuma bags.

Supporting Key Seasonal Objectives
Operations Director Claire Higgins and Project Team Manager Annette Bennett of Hark, the company behind the aWorkbook sales app used by Millet Mountain Group, recently attended the group’s sales conference in Chamonix to support the launch of the FW19 collections.
Quentin Forge, Trade Marketing Manager at MMG said:
“I would like to say a big thank you to Claire and Annette for their support on this project. It has been a great step forward for our brands. Indeed, aWorkbook represents a significant improvement in our B2B sales.
This fully digital catalogue has really changed the way we do business, providing flexibility and reactivity in our go-to-market process. I would clearly encourage people to take this turn.”
“It was fantastic to be part of the MMG sales conference this year and to assist with training the sales team on aWorkbook. The key messages around speed to market, telling brand stories and selling in a balanced buy really speak to the core strengths of our aWorkbook app. It really demonstrated the value of the tool for Lafuma, Eider and Millet in helping to achieve key seasonal objectives.”
A History of Digital Innovation
For 15 years Hark has been working with outdoor and sports brands to provide clarity and direction on innovating go-to-market processes.
Sales and Marketing Director John Shirley commented:
“We’re certainly speaking to more and more brands about digitising their sales and marketing processes and it’s great to be playing a key role in MMG’s success. The future of digital is very much happening now however there are plenty of brands still struggling to get a foot hold on the digital ladder.”
“We’re inviting brands and distributors to meet with us at ISPO again in 2019 to get answers to key digital questions. It’s great to gain deeper insight into how companies are coping with digitalisation and share our advice on how brands are successfully digitising using our aWorkbook and aHub software. If you’re at ISPO 2019 we’d love to talk digital with you!”
